YAAP: Gabby Coffey (Class of 2018) on Mentorship

Proud Wiradjuri woman and Grammarian Gabby Coffey (Class of 2018) splits her time across mentoring with the Killara Foundation and pursuing netball professionally. Gabby has trained and played with the Melbourne Vixens, Collingwood Magpies and, most recently, was selected as part of Netball Victoria’s Vic Fury team for the Deakin University Australian Netball Championships.

Listen to her discuss her journey pursuing netball, with her love for the sport first fostering in the NT, and the new perspectives she’s gained from her mentoring work.

This interview was conducted as part of our Young Alumni Tell Their Stories Month – a month of content (including a social media takeover) by young alumni for young alumni. This initiative forms part of our broader Young Alumni Ambassador Program (YAAP).
