On Thursday, 15 May, the Student Futures Team at Wheelers Hill hosted an Alumni Industry Panel Event for Year 11 and 12 students. Spanning 13 industries, from Commerce to Performing Arts and Education to Allied Health, 44 alumnae shared their tertiary and career stories with the students. Their insights into the world of both the tertiary and employment sectors were invaluable.
We also hosted a networking event afterwards, where grammarians networked with their peers and current students. Students thoroughly enjoyed being able to have meaningful one-on-one conversations with Grammarians as they make informed decisions about their future. We would like to sincerely thank the alumni for giving up their valuable time to such a worthy cause.
