We are pleased to share an update regarding the Caulfield Grammar School Foundation Board.
After six years of outstanding service, Adrian Redlich has stepped down from the role of President of the Caulfield Grammar School Foundation and Adam Agosta has been appointed as President following our AGM yesterday.
We are sincerely grateful to Adrian for his strategic guidance, philanthropic leadership, and vision, which have had a profound and lasting impact across both the Foundation Board and School Council. Adam, who has served as a valued member of the Foundation Board since 2022, will now step into the role of President and join our School Council. His continued service will ensure strong stewardship and uphold the high standards of governance expected of this vital part of our school community.
Board Directors, Talya Masel, Emily Davies (2019) and Lynn Hoh (1993) have recently stepped off the Board and we thank them for the wonderful contribution they made to our school through their service, making a significant impact through a range of programs including our Year 9 Kakadu program, Foundation Scholarships, philanthropy strategy, brand, communications and events, our annual Business Breakfast, and most recently the Nick Mulder precinct at Wheelers Hill Campus.
We are pleased to welcome four new Foundation Directors to the Board: Veronica Lyons (Class of 2003), Lindsey Joffe, Cameron Trainor (Class of 1982) and Julian Babarczy (Class of 1994). All four are either current or past parents and bring a wonderful range of skills to our Foundation Board.
Since the Foundation was reactivated in 2018, the generosity of the Caulfield Grammar community has raised more than $11m to fund Foundation scholarships and the long-term development of the buildings and facilities at Caulfield Grammar School. With the funds invested and managed to prioritise long-term capital preservation, it is well-placed to support the strategic priorities of the school.
Philanthropy is at the heart of our School’s history, success, values and, most importantly, our students’ futures. We extend thanks on behalf of School Council to all our Foundation Board Directors and are immensely grateful to them for their unwavering support for all our students and their commitment to Caulfield Grammar School.
