Please note: This is an EOI. We’ll reach out when suitable vacancies arise, and all applications submitted will be considered for future opportunities 

Learning Areas may include but not limited to: 

  • English     • Maths     • Science (eg: Biology, Chemistry, Physics etc.)
  • Humanities (eg: Individuals, Societies)  • Learning Strategies • Commerce      Physical and Health Education    • Arts, Theatre, Dance, Music    Design and Technology (eg: Food, Textiles, IT etc.)   • Languages (eg: Chinese, German, French) 

Key Duties 

  • Evaluate students’ skills to create a flexible, individualised curriculum in desired field that addresses their specific needs and goals. 
  • Implement learning programs based on research into how students learn, using formative assessment techniques to adjust instruction and enhance engagement and understanding. 
  • Continuously refine teaching strategies and activities using student feedback and assessment data to improve lesson plans and delivery. 
  • Develop student-centred activities that promote exploration and innovation in product design, encouraging practical application of theoretical knowledge.  
  • Set high expectations to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom culture, fostering creativity and problem-solving. 
  • Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours.
