Job Description
Reporting directly to the Office Manager and working closely with campus staff, the Administration Assistant will ensure that the first impressions gained by current and potential parents and other visitors to the School are favourable by creating a welcoming and efficient working presence. The Administration Assistant will contribute to the efficient running of the Campus Office including customer service, word processing, database management, clerical and general office duties.
This is a permanent part time opportunity based at our Caulfield Campus with an immediate start available and is ideally suited to a customer service professional seeking a positive work life balance. This role is working Thursday and Friday from 8:00am to 4.30pm, with four weeks annual leave. The successful candidate will be a key member of our Administration team.
Key Duties
- Be the first point of contact, both in person and over the phone, for parents and visitors to Reception and ensure that all interactions are warm and friendly and to a professional standard
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including database management, managing of student absences and mail distribution
- Provide exceptional customer service, show great attention to detail and have a continuous improvement focus
- During term break – to assist with academic reports; data analysis and reporting and administrative tasks in preparation for the next term ahead.
