The Role   

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from dedicated and experienced extraordinary Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Co-ordinators for potential future opportunities that may arise on a casual basis located at our Malvern Campus. 

Be part of an exciting OHSC program where your ideas matter and you will have input into shaping the vision of our future. Working closely with the OSHC Manager, you can create something extraordinary from the ground up leaning on your knowledge and experiences.  

The OSHC Co-ordinator working 2pm – 6pm Monday – Friday (as well as full time vacation care, additional hours available for applicants with early childhood qualifications), providing a service that fosters a wide range of indoor and outdoor recreational activities according with our school policies and procedures. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of a stimulating and diverse program relevant to the developmental needs of children attending the service, including those with additional needs. 
• Assist in organising and maintaining program resources and ensuring the program venue is maintained to a high standard. 
• Establish guidelines that encourage positive behavior and facilitate effective interaction between groups and individuals utilising the service. 
• Administer procedures that ensure the health and safety of all children. 
• Report and document observations of individuals or groups of children and the activities they are participating in for planning purposes. 
• Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours.
