They will captivate and stimulate students through innovative learning technologies and forward-thinking teaching practices. As part of our team, they will work collaboratively to achieve learning area goals, inspiring students and fostering their creativity and problem-solving skills. 

Key Duties 

• Evaluate students’ skills to create a flexible, individualised curriculum that addresses their specific needs and goals. 
• Implement learning programs based on research into how students learn, using formative assessment techniques to adjust instruction and enhance engagement and understanding. 
• Continuously refine teaching strategies and activities using student feedback and assessment data to improve lesson plans and delivery. 
• Set high expectations to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom culture, fostering creativity and problem-solving. 
• Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours.
