The Head of Football will play a pivotal role in enhancing and leading our flagship football program at Caulfield Grammar School. As a cornerstone of our school’s sport offerings, this position is crucial in upholding our high standards of football development, student inclusion, and quality coaching. Caulfield Grammar School takes immense pride in its renowned AFL/AFLW program, supported by a strong pathway initiative that benefits both boys and girls.

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee this prestigious program in a fixed-term part-time (0.75) capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the football program on and off the field, including the design and implementation of performance standards and goals, program management including resourcing, match scheduling and associated administration tasks and managing a diverse group of stakeholders.
