Caulfield Grammarians Football Club (CGFC) is seeking trainers for the upcoming 2024
season.

Competing in VAFA’s Premier A & B Grade competitions, CGFC have six teams (men’s and women’s) that we provide support for.

Reporting to the head trainer you will work alongside a highly experienced player welfare team, including experienced physiotherapists from reputable sports clinics. The availability requirements are a training session (1 evening) from Monday – Thursday, and game day which is Saturday (there may be the occasional Sunday game depending on the fixture)

Key tasks:
Taping, massage, hydration and icing duties at training and game day
– In consultation with physio/head trainer, attend to player injury management needs at training sessions and game day.
– Support rostered training sessions and game days
– Communicate player injury issues with the player welfare group.

The role is suitable for new or experienced trainers who either have their level 1 sports trainer certificate or are willing to obtain.

**Ongoing training will be provided for the key tasks, we hold trainers learning and development sessions to ensure you are successful and supported in our role**
