We’re looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking educator to join our team at Malvern Campus. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing student learning and wellbeing by developing and implementing teaching strategies that cater to the diverse needs and strengths of our students. 

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Malvern Campus, with the role starting at the beginning of Term 1 2026. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Apply knowledge of the content and teaching strategies to develop engaging learning outcomes 
• Apply teaching strategies based on knowledge of students’ physical, social and intellectual development and characteristics to improve student learning 
• Use effective teaching strategies to integrate ICT into learning and teaching programs to make selected content relevant and meaningful   
• Develop, select and use informal and formal, diagnostic, formative and summative assessment strategies to assess student learning 
• Participate in learning to update knowledge and practice, targeted to professional needs and school priorities 
• Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours
