The ideal candidate will showcase a passion for Visual Arts, with the ability to teach Visual Communications or Media being a bonus. They will have a commitment to professional development and a strong desire to engage and motivate students while adeptly incorporating innovative learning technologies. The candidate will also be enthusiastic, possess a forward-thinking mindset, and demonstrate aspirational teaching practices. They will join a dedicated Art team, working collaboratively to achieve learning area goals.  

Key Duties 

• Deliver learning programs that demonstrate a research-based knowledge of how students learn, including integrating formative practice and providing continuous feedback  
• Prepare instructional activities that facilitate engaging and appropriate learning opportunities for all  
• Model high expectations to enable a safe and supportive classroom culture  
• Contribute to our Visible Wellbeing framework to enable students to thrive and belong  
• Provide Reports within school standards and timelines 
• Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours
