The Caulfield Grammarians’ Association is pleased to introduce the CGA Spring Incentive – a program designed to bring Grammarians together over a shared drink, with the first round on us. Whether you are reconnecting with classmates from your graduating year or catching up with friends you have not seen in some time, we warmly invite you to take this opportunity to strengthen the bonds that make our community so enduring.
About the program
Running from September to November 2026, the Spring Incentive invites groups of Caulfield Grammar alumni to gather at a venue of their choosing. The CGA will reimburse the cost of the first beverage for each attendee, whether that is a glass of wine, a beer, a soft drink, or a mocktail, as our way of making it a little easier to reconnect in person.

Reimbursement: $15 per alumni

Reimbursement timeframe: Within one week of event confirmation
Submit your expression of interest
One person from the group email us with the subject line “Spring Incentive”.
Your expression of interest email should include:
– Full names of all attendees
– Peer year for each attendee
– Email addresses for each attendee
– Planned date of event
Claiming your reimbursement
Once your event has taken place, the same person who submitted the original expression of interest should email with the following:
– Itemised receipt for the first round of drinks
– Bank details for one attendee (the nominated reimbursement recipient)
– A group photo from the event (photos may be featured in the CGA e-news)
– A final attendee list, including full name, peer year, and email address for each person
Reimbursement will be processed within one week of receiving all required documentation.
Terms and conditions
Participation in the CGA Spring Incentive is subject to the following conditions: one application per Grammarian per program cycle; events must take place within the designated program window (September – November 2026); reimbursement covers the first beverage only, up to $15 AUD per attendee.
