We are seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to deliver high-impact initiatives across the full employee lifecycle and support our vision to enable quality learning every day. Reporting to the Manager of Business Partnering, this person will partner with their client groups, identify issues and solve them, and play a key role in implementing school-wide P&C projects.  

This is a full time, 12-month fixed term opportunity based primarily at our new Shelford Campus.  

Key Duties

• • Partner with leadership to design and deliver initiatives aligned to strategy  
  • Provide expert advice across ER, remuneration, workforce planning and organisational change  
  • Influence and coach leaders to strengthen capability for leaders and their teams  
  • Working closely with Talent Acquisition to determine effective attraction, recruitment and selection strategies  
  • Coach managers and employees through performance and conduct matters  
  • Lead compliant contract and lifecycle management in Workday, ensuring data integrity  
  • Lead and support P&C projects to optimise systems, redesign processes, enhance employee engagement and drive continuous improvement through evidence based recommendations and change adoption 
  • Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours
