We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Educational Assistant to join the Malvern Campus on a part time (Monday – Friday 8:15am to 1:15pm), 12-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will work as part of a supportive and collegial team effectively supporting the teaching and learning experiences in the classroom and contributing to our junior School community. 

Key Duties 

• Work collaboratively with teachers and other assistants in the development and implementation of a student-centred learning program 
• Use strategies based on knowledge of students’ physical, social and intellectual development and characteristics to improve student learning 
• Maintain daily written documentation on relevant behaviour and learning as required 
• Contribute to the Junior School community 
• Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours
