We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Co-Educator to provide floating coverage to our Wheelers Hill Campus. You will be a key member of a dedicated and highly motivated team of teachers working in an innovative and supportive learning environment. 

This 12-month fixed term opportunity will be across 5 days from 9am – 3pm. The Co-Educator will entail moving between all four groups and supporting children with a range of needs. In addition, when a co-educator is absent, we will ask this person to step into the room to ensure consistency of staff. 

Key Duties: 

• Support the design and implementation of teaching activities and strategies based on knowledge of student’s physical, social and intellectual development and characteristics to improve student learning 
• Actively contribute ideas resulting in implementation of a stimulating educational program for students that reflect current research and best practice models in early childhood 
• Support the ELC teacher in all aspects of the management of student behaviour, and organisation of the centre 
• Contribute to the developmental records for each individual student, both written and verbal, under the guidance of the teacher 
• Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviour
