Reverse Mentoring

The CGA’s award winning Reverse Mentoring Program is fast approaching with the first event kicking off on Thursday 1st June. Reverse Mentoring was actually coined in the 1990’s by CEO of General Electric Jack Welch. He introduced it in an effort to teach executives about using the internet.

Whilst not a new approach, in a rapidly changing world, it is increasingly important to acknowledge that younger generations can have valuable insights and skills to offer. It is designed to help to bridge the knowledge gap between generations and promots a culture of learning and collaboration within the workplace. We look forward to welcoming all of our mentors and mentees soon.
